Lauren’s daughter Zara witnessed a terrible crime. But speaking up comes with a price, and when Zara’s identity is revealed online, it puts a target on her back.
The only choice is to disappear.
To keep Zara safe Lauren will give up everything and everyone she loves, even her husband.
There will be no goodbyes. Their pasts will be rewritten. New names, new home, new lives.
The rules are strict for a reason. They are being hunted. One mistake – a text, an Instagram like – could bring their old lives crashing into the new.
They can never assume someone isn’t watching, waiting.
As Lauren will learn, disappearing is easy. Staying hidden is harder.
Holy crap. What an amazing book How to disappear was. I was hooked from beginning to end and the further I went in the harder it was to out the book down.
The story follows a teenage girl after witnessing a terrible crime but then lying somewhat about it and follows their journey on trying to disappear.
The characters in this book was flawless, they were all incredibly well written and life like. But my favourite was the step father, he was such an amazing character, a true star of a human and he had a lot of troubling situations to try and overcome by himself in order to try and protect his blended family.
I had heard such amazing things about this book when it was first released and I can’t believe I have had this gem sat on my TBR for all this time.
