The StoneBridge Regatta is looking. The towns annual face-off against neighbouring Meadowfield is usually a weekend filled with sunshine, laughter and camaraderie. This year is different.
A week before the race, the body of StoneBridge team captain Matthew Henderson is found dead in the water. The police file his passing as a tragic accident. However, his widow disagrees and suspects foul play. She enlists the help of Adam and Colin, the towns amateur (self-proclaimed) private detectives to unearth the truth.
Did Matthew simply slip and fall into the water, or is there more to his death lurking beneath the surface?
Firstly I would like to thank Chris Mcdonald for my gifted signed copy of this book.
… and he has done it again. Another lovely cosy mystery from 2 of my favourite boys!
I devour these books in only one sitting, I love them so much! They are so easy to read yet are still filled with plenty of crime and mystery.
And as for the boys, they are just 2 amazing characters that are bloody excellent at solving the towns mysteries.
If you haven’t yet read these amazing books – you NEED to order them.
